By booking a service, you will be asked for some personal information, such as name, e-mail, telephone number and passport or id number. This information is collected for the purpose of processing your transfer or tour and for your insurance while you are in the car and is not shared at any time.
Any changes to the date or time of your reservation must be made only via email with your written notification and a corresponding confirmation message from us.
For Transfers
You can have a free cancellation only if you inform us electonically (via email) until 24 hours before your reservation starts. After that time, there will be no refund.
For Day – Tours
You can have a free cancellation only if you inform us electonically (via email) until 2 days before your reservation starts. After that time, there will be no refund.
